Postgraduate Studies
The truth is that I think the question is very premature because I'm just in the second year of my career haha, but anyway I would like to study something after graduating and it's something that has to do with my career. Although I really like sports, I have also been very interested in politics since I was little, and how it is practiced in Chile.
It has nothing to do with that I would like to be a politician XD, but at the moment, I am quite interested in doing a master's degree in Political Communication at my University. I believe that understanding politics and questioning it with criteria is something necessary in a country that is going through major legislative changes, is essential for our future.
Obviously I would like these three years of teaching to be face-to-face, since I have lost two years of university due to the pandemic. However, this may be an option that changes in the future, but today it is one of my aspirations, as well as perfecting a second language :)
I think your interest in studying Political Communication is very interesting, because as you say, it is something that complements journalism perfectly. also, as journalists we should be interested in all subjects and have information about everything, especially politics, which is such an important subject. :D
ReplyDeleteIt is very particular that since you were a child you had an interest in politics but I like the vision you put in relation with studying political communication.
ReplyDeleteI think that your plan for the future is very interesting and is in line with present. Because we are in a historical and important context for society, and politics with society are the main protagonists (also the economy and culture).
ReplyDeleteI beth that you will be a good jounalist! Good Luck with dreams :D.
Yes! It is quite paralyzing to answer a question about the future. The Magister in Political Communication seems excellent at the Universidad de Chile, many of our professors have studied it. I hope you can meet that goal and learn a lot about politics, I think it is a very good tool in journalism

ReplyDeleteIt is true what you say bro, it is very strange to think about exchanges since we are just in the second year and both were in pandemic, we still need to meet our classmates in person.
Hi! I felt the same as you. I can barely imagine how my future will be when I am just in my second year of college. I hope that you can do the postgraduate you want in the way you want it!
ReplyDeleteThe political knowledge is always a good thing to learn, not just for you but to help others and make a better society. Good politicians are very necessary.
